Is food a problem for you? Do you ever eat to escape worries? Do you have feelings of guilt or remorse after overeating? Is your weight affecting the way you live your life? Isn't time to truly love yourself??

Perhaps it is time to really learn to love our bodies and change forever negative thinking and the compulsion behavior around our bodies and food that many of us struggle with on a daily basis.

This class provides a proven, practical, spiritual program for an individual to start loving themselves and their body and to learn to trust God rather than relying on covering fearful thoughts and emotions with overeating. Prayer, meditation, goal setting, visualization, positive affirmations and a variety of processes are incorporated into the class, all of which are designed to support the student in releasing old ideas, feelings and habits and opening to truly loving one's body.

Isn't it time to truly love yourself??
