-which foods to include and which foods to avoid
-how to identify immune system stressors
-supplements that support your immune system
-some simple home solutions you can use to act preventatively or to help with mild illness at home.

Dr. Gaia Mather, ND is a member of the full-time faculty at the National University of Natural Medicine. At NUNM, she has taught full time for the past 11 years and will be drawing on her experience as a Naturopathic physician and instructor for this workshop at NTCSL.
Gaia was one of the founding members of NTCSL and prior to being a member of this congregation was an active member at LEC. She sang in the church choir both at LEC and NTCSL and was trained as in the Chaplaincy program at LEC. Gaia has a passion for teaching about the principles of Naturopathic medicine and helping empower people to learn about and improve their health through taking an active role.
