We're Glad You're Here
Three Spiritual Tools from Sunday
A great spiritual teaching doesn't end when the service is over.
It becomes something you practice.
Each week, Revs Shannon & Shelly distill Sunday's message into three simple spiritual tools you can begin using right away. They're not homework; they're invitations. Small practices that help you live with greater presence, compassion, courage, and joy.
Whether you joined us in person, watched online, or are discovering us for the first time, these weekly practices offer a meaningful way to carry the conversation beyond Sunday.

1. Put your phone away
Not face down.
Not in your pocket.
In another room whenever possible.
Give your full presence to the person, conversation, or work directly in front of you.

2. Practice the "15 Second Save"
When something beautiful happens, resist the urge to move immediately to the next thing...pause, breathe.
Stay with the moment for about 15 seconds.
Let your heart catch up with what your eyes have just seen.
3. End each day by remembering one true good thing
Before falling asleep, recall one moment of genuine goodness from your day... hold it for 15 seconds.
Allow that memory, rather than tomorrow's worries, to become the final thing your mind carries into rest.
