Our spiritual community was founded in 2004 as an Independent New Thought community, called New Thought Ministries of Oregon.  Dedicated to diversity, inclusiveness, transparency, and good stewardship, we have grown into a strong and vibrant community.

In 2007 we became an affiliated member of the United Centers for Spiritual Living.  In November of 2009, our community was blended with Whole Life CSL.  We have been in our present location since January 2010.

Welcome to NTCSL!

Youth & Family Ministry and Sunday Childcare

NTCSL is a great place for families!

Kids Care: Kids 1-4 years old
In Kids Care, children play and interact in a loving, age-appropriate environment.

Kids Club: Kids 5 years-5th Grade
The Youth & Family Ministry offers "Kids Club" each Sunday at 11:00 AM Pacific for children 3-5 years and Kindergarten through 5th grades. In "Kids Club" kids learn spiritual principles through group activities, creative art, music, and imaginative play.

Tween/Teen Zone: Tweens and Teens (11-18 Years)
The Tween/Teen Group meets Sundays at 11:00 AM Pacific. The purpose of this group is to empower and engage young people in growing confidence and love in themselves as the powerful, brilliant, passionate beings they are.  This is a safe place where youth deepen in their spiritual development through group discussions, games, and creative activities. Youth also have the opportunity to participate in service around our community.

PLEASE NOTE: Tweens may be combined with the older elementary children on some occasions. Tweens are valuable role models for younger children.

Infants (Newborn-12 Months)
Infants under the age of 1 may attend service with their parents in our Sanctuary. Another option for your comfort is our Family Room adjacent to the Sanctuary where you can see and hear the service and your child can play/sleep in a comfortable setting.

The NTCSL Bookstore & Gift Shop is located in the center’s lower level adjacent to Community Hall.  We are open after the Sunday Service, and during special events. Arrangements to access the bookstore during the week can also be made by emailing: office@newthoughtcsl.org.

Our purpose is to provide a selection of books and gifts for the NTCSL community that supports and encourages personal growth and transformation.  We inventory a wide collection of new thought authors and literature.  We also provide books and materials for classes offered through the Education Ministry at NTCSL, as well as metaphysical classics, and current best sellers.

We also offer a lovely selection of gifts including wall décor, jewelry, greeting cards, soaps, music CDs, pocket stones, magnets, and other inspiring gift items.

Our bookstore is a warm and inviting space and a creative extension of our NTCSL home. The bookstore is also accessible online with over 300 items available for purchase online and pick-up at the Center.
